All bookings require a deposit of up to 50% of the total treatment cost to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must give 48 hours notice. If you fail to do so you will loose your deposit and will be charged a late cancellation fee.

No shows/cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment are charged full cost of the treatment.

A patch test is compulsory and is required for all new clients 24-48 hours prior to any of the following services: Eyelash and brow tints, lash lift, brow lamination, hybrid tint and semi permanent make up.

It is your responsibility to ensure a patch test is carried out within the correct time frame, to arrange this please message me on my instagram or facebook dms.

I do not remove other technicians work, any gel, biab or acrylic must be removed prior to any manicure or pedicure treatments.​​​​​​

​If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment with no notice the appointment will have to be put as a no show and will be charged the full price of the missed treatment​

If you are late to your appointment this will be taken out of your appointment time and we may only be able to complete part of the service, although we will do our very best for you.
